Our mission is to build a more inclusive economy by providing a comprehensive, structured pathway to high-wage, high-growth careers.
By prioritizing Black and Latino youth, foster youth, justice-involved individuals, and returning this initiative provides the tools, training, and support necessary to ensure broad economic mobility and workforce inclusion.

Career Ready SoCal integrates three powerful strategies to create a seamless education-to-employment pipeline:
- AI-Driven Career Pathways & Workforce Navigation We leverage technology to bridge workforce gaps. Our AI-powered platform provides personalized career guidance, helping job seekers identify their skills and map them to high-wage careers.
- Expanding Pre-Apprenticeships & Work-Based Learning We create structured on-ramps to employment by building pre-apprenticeship pipelines in our Career Hubs. Through employer-backed internships and hands-on training, our participants gain the paid experience and skills they need to transition directly into full-time roles.
- Holistic Participant Support: Investing in the Whole Person We believe that long-term career success is built on a foundation of personal stability and well-being. Our holistic approach provides comprehensive wrap-around services, including mental health resources, financial literacy training, childcare assistance, and transportation solutions. By addressing the needs of the whole person, we empower our participants to focus on their career goals with confidence and security.
